ECS is a MSHDA approved consultant for both Group A Services (Phase I/II, BEA, DDCC, NFA, Asbestos, Lead Based Paint and Underground Storage Tanks) and Group B Services (National Environmental Protection Act {“NEPA”} studies and statutory compliance reports for compliance with HUD funded projects {24 CFR Part 58}.
